1. 1.     WE BELIEVE that the 2001-2003 Tax Cuts must be made permanent.
  2. 2.     WE BELIEVE that all estate death taxes must be repealed.
  3. 3.     WE MUST enact Fundamental Tax Reform.
  4. 4.     WE AGREE that Small Business and Occupation Tax Credits will promote small business growth and provide additional jobs for our state.     
  5. 5.     WE ENDORSE Initiative 1053, restoring a 2/3rds Legislative vote or a majority vote by voters before increasing state taxes or fees.
  6. 6.     WE OPPOSE the proposed state hazardous chemical tax increase on our refineries.
  7. 7.     WE SUPPORT limiting the annual growth of local tax revenues.
  8. 8.     WE URGE relief from excessive Property Tax Assessments.
  9. 9.     WE RECOGNIZE that the current mandated county septic systems inspections policy should be replaced by inspections with probable cause under the Fourth Amendment.
