“The Whatcom County Republican Party is excited to announce the election of former Chair Luanne Van Werven as Vice Chairman of the State Party”, said Charlie Crabtree, Chair Whatcom Republicans.
Crabtree added “Whatcom County continues to be well represented at the State Party level, now having Luanne Van Werven join National Committeeman Jeff Kent of Custer in leading the State of Washington’s party of freedom, liberty and self determination.
Added Van Werven: “As the newly elected Vice Chair of the Washington State Republican Party I am proud to serve under the leadership of Chairman Kirby Wilbur and excited to work alongside state leaders in the all important work of protecting our liberties and freedoms. Republicans have the right ideas to move our country forward using free market solutions with less government control.”
